Allison Pregler Bio
Allison Pregler is an avid reviewer of Z-graded movies typically in the martial arts or horror categories. Her style and approach are very similar to The Cinema Snob. However she is more inclined to watch silly action films and has a fascination with the morbid. She began her reviews in late 2009; when she began to gain some recognition (under the name of Obscurus Lupa, which was previously used) Allison Pregler was part of the family at Channel Awesome. She was on the website until 2015, when Obscurus Lupa Presents turned into Movie Nights. Two of her podcasts are co-hosted and covering Charmed. After a controversial departure from Channel Awesome Allison officially announced on January 20th 2015 that she'd be revamping OLP into an impromptu review show called Movie Nights with an appropriately-shlocky elevator jazz theme. Her appearances have been in numerous Channel Awesome programs, from Atop the Fourth Wall and Phelous & the Movies to Atop the Fourth Wall. She was part Channel Awesome.
